  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless otherwise specified. Clients may cancel according to the cancellation terms provided in their service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, designs, graphics, and materials created by Magnet Minds Agency remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables (such as marketing creatives, reports, or ad campaigns) for their own business purposes.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., working with advertising platforms).
